Oct–Dec 2025 Europe Roundup: Volunteer Cleanups, Drug-Prevention Outreach and Human-Rights Education

During the last quarter of 2025, volunteers associated with Scientology humanitarian campaigns carried out a series news eua of local activities in several European countries. The quarter’s roundup included local environmental and civic volunteering, alongside drug-prevention outreach and information campaigns and UDHR-based human-rights education activities delivered through partner programmes.

Organisers cited initiatives across multiple European settings, from Italy and France to Czechia, Denmark and Switzerland, with volunteers supporting local communities, small businesses and civic organisations. Some initiatives also referenced *The Way to Happiness*, a secular moral code written by L. Ron Hubbard, as a framework for everyday responsibility and respectful conduct.

Ivan Arjona-Pelado, the Church of Scientology’s representative to the EU, OSCE, Council of Europe and the United Nations, commented: “Europe’s values are strengthened when citizens choose practical responsibility—keeping public spaces clean, sharing factual prevention tools, and teaching the next generation that rights and dignity apply to everyone. Social cohesion grows through consistent, local action.”
